North Caddo posted their closest victory since March 2, 2024 on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Haynesville Golden Tornado 5-4. The win continues a trend for the Titans in their matchups with the Golden Tornado: they've now won eight in a row.

North Caddo saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Holt Tunstall, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.

North Caddo's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-14. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Haynesville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-8-1.

Looking ahead, North Caddo will square off against Parkway at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Haynesville, they will host Castor at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
