Baseball Recap: Plainview Comes Up Short

Plainview couldn't beat Sardis on Thursday even though they stacked four runs on them in the sixth inning. The Bears fell 10-5 to the Lions. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Plainview's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Sardis, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Plainview will take on North Sand Mountain at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sardis, they will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Glencoe at 12:00 p.m.
