Theodore has gone a perfect 3-0 against Blount recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Bobcats will face off against the Leopards at 7:00 p.m.

Theodore is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Saraland on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Bobcats lost 38-14 to the Spartans. The Bobcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 31-7.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Blount, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past St. Paul's Episcopal 67-41 on Friday. The Leopards' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Blount's win came from a few key players Theodore will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Keevaughn Johnson, who rushed for 85 yards and two TDs. Those 85 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Naheem Thomas also helped out with an impressive 81 receiving yards.

Theodore's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 6-3. As for Blount, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-7.

Everything went Theodore's way against Blount in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, as Theodore made off with a 44-18 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bobcats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
