After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Blaine, Duluth East was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-4 two weeks ago.

Duluth East's victory bumped their record up to 10-12. As for Cambridge-Isanti, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Duluth East will take on Centennial at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Greyhounds 4.1, the Cougars 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. Cambridge-Isanti does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
