Baseball Recap: Moss Pirates vs. Roff Tigers
Moss's 25-3 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. They fell victim to a tough 11-1 defeat at the hands of the Roff Tigers on Tuesday. Moss has not had much luck with Roff recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
For Roff's part, Kaden Darnell and Caden Graves made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound, Darnell tossed two innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Meanwhile, Graves tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (he also didn't allow any walks). At bat, Darnell scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances, while Graves scored three runs while going 3-for-3.
