Volleyball Recap: Lawrence North Comes Up Short

Lawrence North had to start their season on the road on Saturday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Trinity Lutheran Cougars by a score of 3-2.

Trinity Lutheran can attribute much of their success to Presley Meyer, who had 12 digs. Those 12 digs gave Meyer a new career-high.

The win was the tenth in a row (dating back to last season) for Trinity Lutheran, bringing their record up to 2-0.

Lawrence North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Providence on the 16th. As for Trinity Lutheran, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Castle on the 16th.
