Lyons snaps three-game streak of wins at home

Recap: Lyons Lions vs. Hoisington Cardinals
The Lyons Lions lost against the Hoisington Cardinals back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Lyons fell 58-45 to Hoisington.
Tony Moore was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with seven rebounds and five assists for Hoisington. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Moore has scored all season. Mason Martin was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with two steals.
Lyons' defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-10. As for Hoisington, they now have a winning record of 9-8.
Lyons will head out on the road to take on Halstead at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lyons is coming into the matchup with eight straight defeats on the road, meaning Halstead will have to defend against a team hungry for a win. As for Hoisington, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Larned at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hoisington is facing Larned at the right time seeing as Larned is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
