Volleyball Recap: Wisconsin Dells Chiefs vs. Badger Badgers
Wisconsin Dells was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Badger Badgers.
Wisconsin Dells was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Badger work for it, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 26-24.
Eva Toteva paced Wisconsin Dells' offense, picking up eight kills. Toteva got some help from Isabelle Johnson and her 15 assists.
Badger can attribute much of their success to Teagan Clausen, who had seven digs and five assists.
Wisconsin Dells' loss dropped their record down to 17-13. As for Badger, the victory snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 17-15 record.
Wisconsin Dells didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Madison Memorial on the 11th. As for Badger, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against West Salem on the 11th.
