Basketball Recap: Palmetto's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

Palmetto came into Thursday's game having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They managed a 41-35 victory over the Southeast Seminoles on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-33 back in December of 2024.

Palmetto's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Southeast, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Palmetto will square off against Manatee at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Southeast has already played their next match (against Parrish Community), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
