Football Recap: Marlette Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Marlette was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Ubly Bearcats, falling 42-22. While losing is never fun, the Red Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 354th, while the Bearcats are ranked 105th).

Marlette's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Ubly, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Marlette is set to square off against their familiar foe Reese at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Ubly will challenge rival Vassar at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
