Basketball Recap: North Star Takes a Loss

North Star lost against Turner back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The North Star Knights lost 54-29 to the Turner Tornadoes. The matchup marked the Knights' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

North Star now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Turner, they moved to 3-6 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Star will face off against Box Elder at 4:30 p.m. on January 25th. As for Turner, they will welcome Chester-Joplin-Inverness at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Chester-Joplin-Inverness will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Turner surely won't give up without a fight.
