Baseball Game Preview: LEAP Academy Lancers vs. Camden County Vo-Tech Warriors

The LEAP Academy Lancers will head out to challenge the Camden County Vo-Tech Warriors at 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday. LEAP Academy is looking for their season's first win.

LEAP Academy came up short against Salem on Monday, falling 16-4.

LEAP Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Yanathan Bernard, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run and one RBI. Isadoro Reyes also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Meanwhile, Camden County Vo-Tech unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak last Tuesday. They fell just short of Albertus Magnus by a score of 6-5.

LEAP Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17-1. As for Camden County Vo-Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

LEAP Academy beat Camden County Vo-Tech 12-8 when the teams last played back in April of 2017. Do the Lancers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
