Baseball Recap: Weston Comes Up Short

Weston was the 3-2 winner over North Crawford when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Silver Eagles fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 4-3 on Thursday. The Silver Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Weston saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brady Westphal, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Weston's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for North Crawford, their win bumped their record up to an identical 7-9.
