It was a good run, but Clarksville unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 5-3 to the Dardanelle Sand Lizards. Clarksville fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against Dardanelle since on Tuesday.

Clarksville's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 7-4. As for Dardanelle, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clarksville will take on Green Forest at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dardanelle, they will head out to challenge Berryville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Dardanelle will be up against Berryville's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.43 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
