Caldwell had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. Everything went their way against the Monroe Central Seminoles as they made off with a 3-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Redskins: when they faced off against the Seminoles two weeks ago, they had to take a 3-1 loss.

Caldwell never let Monroe Central on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-22, 25-20.

Claire Schafer paced Caldwell's offense, picking up 13 kills. Schafer got some help from Sophia Marshall and her 34 assists. Aubrey Kress and Jocee Archer kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Caldwell's victory bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Monroe Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-6.

Caldwell didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Union Local on the 2nd. As for Monroe Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Martins Ferry on the 1st.
