Volleyball Recap: Northwestern Starts Season with Defeat at Home + How To Watch

Northwestern unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Wise Pumas on Monday, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Wildcats in their meetings with the Pumas: they've now lost eight in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-21, 25-18.

Wise found their leader in sophomore Jaisen Green, who had three aces.

Northwestern has already played their next game (against Suitland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Wise, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against High Point on the 10th.
