Basketball Game Preview: Covington Lions vs. St. Stanislaus Rock-a-Chaws + How To Watch

Having just played yesterday, the Covington Lions will jump right back in to play the St. Stanislaus Rock-a-Chaws at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

It was a proper cat-fight when Covington challenged Slidell on Tuesday. The Lions took a 66-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. The loss put an end to the Lions' undefeated start to the season.

Meanwhile, St. Stanislaus put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Fontainebleau 71-51. The Rock-a-Chaws have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Covington fell to 2-1. As for St. Stanislaus, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.
