Basketball Game Preview: Delmarva Christian Royals vs. Salisbury Christian

Delmarva Christian is 8-2 against Salisbury Christian since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Delmarva Christian Royals are taking a road trip to square off against Salisbury Christian at 6:00 p.m. Delmarva Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

On Saturday, Delmarva Christian made easy work of Nandua and carried off a 63-39 victory. The Royals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 24 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Salisbury Christian came into Thursday's contest having lost ten straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against Chincoteague by a score of 67-60 on Thursday. Salisbury Christian's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Delmarva Christian has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for Salisbury Christian, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-10.

Everything came up roses for Delmarva Christian against Salisbury Christian when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 70-34 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Delmarva Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
