Volleyball Game Preview: Enfield Eagles vs. Bristol Central Rams

Enfield is 0-4 against Bristol Central since September of 2017 but things could change on Monday. The Eagles will take on the Rams at 6:00 p.m.

Enfield came up short against RHAM on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

Enfield's defeat came about despite a quality game from Sam Hart, who had 15 digs.

Meanwhile, Bristol Central waltzed into their match on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Lancers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Rams have posted since September 29th.

Bristol Central wouldn't go down easily and took Bristol Eastern into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-28, 25-23, 25-11, 23-25, 15-12.

Enfield better keep an eye on Azaria Rochester. She was instrumental in Bristol Central's win, getting 12 digs.

Enfield's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Bristol Central, their record now sits at 16-4.

Enfield might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Bristol Central in their previous meeting back in September. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
