Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northeast Nodaway). They put the hurt on the Bishop LeBlond Eagles with a sharp 16-3 victory on Tuesday. The Blue Jays might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by eight runs or more this season.

Hadley Defreece made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in six consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with a triple, a stolen base, and a run.

In other batting news, Baylie Busby was incredible, going 3-for-3 with four stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. Mylee Wilmes was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three runs, four RBI, and a double.
