Baseball Recap: Fayette Ware Comes Up Short

After soaring to 14 runs the game before, Fayette Ware was a bit more limited in their contest on Saturday. They came up short against the Bradford Red Devils, falling 14-2.

Fayette Ware saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Steve Hall, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.

Fayette Ware now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Bradford, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-5.

Fayette Ware didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-6 defeat against Memphis Central on the 25th. As for Bradford, they will take on Clarksburg at 5:00 p.m. on the 31st.
