Softball Recap: Berry Comes Up Short

Berry lost against Lamar County last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wildcats took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Berry now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Lamar County, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-12.

Berry wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 4-3 win against Brilliant on the 7th. As for Lamar County, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against South Lamar on the 5th.
