Volleyball Recap: Tri-West Hendricks Find Success

Tri-West Hendricks won the last time they faced Beech Grove and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bruins walked away with a 3-1 win over the Hornets. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bruins.

Tri-West Hendricks was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-14, 23-25, 25-20.

Gabe Miller paced Tri-West Hendricks' offense, picking up 14 kills. Miller got some help from Kaleb Pfeifer and his 21 assists. Pfeifer also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Brenden Ramirez, racking up four apiece.

Tri-West Hendricks' victory bumped their record up to 4-9-1. As for Beech Grove, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
