Alamosa came out on top against Pagosa Springs on Saturday thanks in part to AJ Baker's efforts. Baker scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Baker's strong effort led Alamosa over Pagosa Springs and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Mean Moose are 8-1 against the Pirates going back to May of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
