Softball Recap: Palestine's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Palestine can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Frankston Indians. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Indians last Tuesday, they had to take a 15-1 loss.

Palestine's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Frankston, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Wildcats face off against the Tigers at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Frankston, they will take on Fruitvale in a tournament on Thursday. The last three games Fruitvale has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
