Blanco won the last time they faced Llano and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Yellowjackets by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Blanco had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 14-25, 25-12, 25-20, 25-20.

Gretschen Grosch paced Blanco's offense, picking up 20 kills. Grosch got some help from Landry Meyer and her 45 assists. Finally, Payton Craft kept Blanco's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Blanco's victory bumped their record up to 13-24. As for Llano, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-16.
