Baseball Recap: Arcadia Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Arcadia's offense. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bluffton Pirates on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 on Saturday.

Arcadia's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Bluffton, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-11 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Arcadia will face off against Hopewell-Loudon at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bluffton, they will take on Spencerville at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
