Softball Recap: Central Raiders vs. Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Lakers

Central had lost three straight on the road, but on Thursday they dropped down to 5-16 to make it four. They came up short against the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Lakers, falling 20-8. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lakers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-6 on Thursday.

Emma Krohn was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, five RBI, and one double. Libby Hoen was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one double.
