Soccer Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson managed to keep up with Lanier until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Jefferson Mustangs came up short against the Lanier Voks, falling 3-0.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Lanier, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-3.

Coincidentally, Jefferson and Lanier will both be playing Seguin the next time they take the pitch. Lanier will host Seguin at 8:15 p.m. on Friday, while Jefferson will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
