Volleyball Recap: Florence/Henry Takes a Loss

If Florence/Henry was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Falcons fell just short of the Roncalli Cavaliers by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Falcons have struggled against the Cavaliers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Florence/Henry's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Roncalli, their win bumped their record up to 8-6.

Coincidentally, Florence/Henry and Roncalli will both be playing Northwestern Area the next time they take the court. The Falcons will head out to face the Wildcats at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Cavaliers will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
