Tuttle had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 14-run drubbing they dealt Douglass on Thursday. The Tigers blew past the Trojans 15-1. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won 12 games by eight runs or more so far this season.
