Baseball Recap: Kings Comes Up Short

If Kings was feeling good fresh off their 6-0 takedown of New Richmond last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Knights fell 9-5 to the Archbishop McNicholas Rockets on Tuesday.

Kings has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Archbishop McNicholas, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-7.

Looking ahead, Kings will head out to square off against West Clermont at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Archbishop McNicholas, they will be playing at home against New Richmond at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
