Volleyball Game Preview: Lowell Red Raiders vs. Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons

The Lowell Red Raiders will challenge the Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons at 9:30 a.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Lowell sitting on five straight victories and Greater Lowell Tech on three.

On Wednesday, Lowell made easy work of North Andover and carried off a 3-0 win.

The victory didn't come easy: North Andover scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-21, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Greater Lowell Tech got the win against Salem on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

Greater Lowell Tech's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Lowell, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Lowell took their win against Greater Lowell Tech in their previous matchup back in May of 2022 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Red Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Gryphons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
