LAFAYETTE, La. - Leading by 38 points entering the fourth quarter didn't stop
Acadiana HomeSchool (Lafayette, La.) from scoring, as it added eight points in the final quarter on the way to a 46-0 victory over Baton Rouge HomeSchool (Lakeland, La.) on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by
Cooper Fruge in the first quarter, the Commandos led 22-0 at the half.
Acadiana HomeSchool expanded its lead to 38 points entering the fourth quarter. AH scored four times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by
Jermain Williams.
Williams and Fruge ran for a bunch of touchdowns for the Eagles. Williams scored three touchdowns on the ground and Fruge added two as well.
The Lafayette school came into the game allowing 6.0 points per game.
