Baseball Recap: Cameron Comes Up Short

Cameron lost to Northwestern on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Comets came up short against the Tigers, falling 11-5. The Comets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cameron's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Northwestern, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Cameron is set to take on their familiar foe Spooner at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Northwestern will face off against rival Cumberland at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
