Thomas Jefferson's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Anisa Adrovic, who went 7-for-12 to rack up 15 points and three steals, and Leyna McClinon, who went 7-for-15 on her way to 15 points and six boards. Leila Olbricht-Simon was another key player, putting up two points and 12 rebounds.
Thomas Jefferson smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 26 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 18 consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Denver West earned a 34-22 win over Bruce Randolph on Thursday. The Cowboys haven't had any issues with the Grizzlies recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.
Denver West's win came from a few key players Thomas Jefferson will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Shukri Hussein, who posted eight points and 11 boards. Denver West is 9-2 when Hussein posts ten or more rebounds, but 4-7 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Alesha Munoz, who had ten points and six boards.

Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Thomas Jefferson has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 31.4 rebounds per game.
