Basketball Recap: Julian's Run of Three Straight Victories Now Over

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Julian can now relate to. They took a 55-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Butler Lynx on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lynx this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 66-52 back in January.

With the loss, Julian broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 20-10. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.7 points over those games. As for Butler, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-9 record this season.

Julian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Butler, they will face off against Dyett at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
