Basketball Recap: Annandale Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Annandale can now relate to. They fell 55-42 to the Edison Eagles on Tuesday. The Atoms were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 48-46.

Annandale's loss dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Edison, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.

Annandale didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-48 victory against Justice on the 18th. As for Edison, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, an 80-40 win against Lewis on the 18th.
