Basketball Game Preview: Wall Hawks vs. Jim Ned Indians

Wall hasn't had much luck against Jim Ned recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Wall Hawks will venture away from home to take on the Jim Ned Indians at 6:15 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Jim Ned is hoping to do what Clyde couldn't on Tuesday: put an end to Wall's winning streak, which now stands at three games. Wall simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Clyde 70-26. The Hawks pushed the score to 52-22 by the end of the third, a deficit the Bulldogs had little chance of recovering from.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jim Ned). They breezed by Clyde to the tune of 79-29 on Friday. The win was familiar territory for the Indians who have now won six matches in a row.

Jim Ned pushed their record up to 24-2 with the victory, which was their 20th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.9 points per game. As for Wall, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

Wall ended up a good deal behind Jim Ned when the teams last played back in December of 2024, losing 42-24. Can Wall avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
