Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Madison-Grant). They snuck past the Alexandria-Monroe Tigers with a 70-65 win on Friday. This was payback for the Argylls, who suffered a 51-40 loss the last time these two teams met.

Madison-Grant's victory bumped their record up to 7-10. As for Alexandria-Monroe, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Madison-Grant won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Southwood at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Alexandria-Monroe, they will take on Frankton at 7:30 p.m. on February 21st.
