Soccer Recap: Northern Durham Takes a Loss

Northern Durham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Hillside Hornets, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Hillside this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-2 on April 10th.

Northern Durham now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Hillside, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Northern Durham is set to square off against their familiar foe Chapel Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Hillside will face off against rival East Chapel Hill at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
