Volleyball Recap: Oregon's Luck Changes for the Better on Monday

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Oregon had no problem doing just that on Monday. They came out on top against the Hall Red Devils by a score of 2-0. The victory was some much needed relief for the Hawks as it spelled an end to their five-match losing streak.

Oregon never let Hall on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-15.

Oregon's win bumped their record up to 5-19. As for Hall, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-21-1 record this season.

Oregon will challenge Erie-Prophetstown at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hall does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
