Baseball Recap: Caldwell Academy Comes Up Short

Westchester Country Day hit Caldwell Academy with a nine-run sixth inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Eagles lost 10-4 to the Wildcats. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost seven in a row.

Jack Pearman was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he pitched five innings while giving up three earned runs off only two hits. That's the fewest earned runs he has allowed since back in March.
