Volleyball Recap: New Milford Wins Going Away Against Bethel + How To Watch

New Milford won the last time they faced Bethel and things went their way on Friday too. The Green Wave were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wildcats. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Green Wave.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-12, 25-21.

Elena Stein was the offensive standout of the match as she had 17 assists and four aces. What's more, she posted three kills, the most she's had over her last six contests. The team also got some help courtesy of Kayla Greene, who had six kills and three aces.

New Milford's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Bethel, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

New Milford has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Stratford on the 7th. As for Bethel, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bunnell at 5:30 p.m. on the 14th.
