Hickory Ridge extended their home winning streak to six games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Ma-Kaela Gidney. The Ragin' Bulls blew past the Chambers Cougars, posting a 62-32 win thanks in part to Gidney, who went 7-for-15 to rack up 17 points and eight steals. The contest was her third in a row with at least 15 points.

Makaila Ritter was another key player, shooting 50% from the field on her way to 14 points and five steals. Ritter is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least three every time she's taken the court this season.

Hickory Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Chambers, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Hickory Ridge will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Jay M. Robinson at 6:00 p.m. on December 5. As for Chambers, they will challenge West Mecklenburg at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
