Basketball Recap: Rock Point Comes Up Short

Rock Point was the 56-50 winner over Pinon when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cougars fell 40-32 to the Eagles on Tuesday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rock Point now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Pinon, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Rock Point will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Whitehorse at 6:30 p.m. As for Pinon, they will square off against Hopi at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Eagles their first taste of in-conference action this season.
