Football Recap: Sioux Central Takes a Loss

Sioux Central fell victim to Gehlen Catholic and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Jays, falling 21-0. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sioux Central now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Gehlen Catholic, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Sioux Central is set to face off against their familiar foe Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union on Friday. Meanwhile, Gehlen Catholic will challenge rival Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
