Basketball Recap: Augusta Find Success

After losing to Nicholas County the last time they met, Augusta decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Augusta Panthers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Nicholas County Bluejackets on Monday, sneaking past 79-77. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Augusta's win bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Nicholas County, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 17-9 record this season.
