Volleyball Recap: Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Comes Up Short

Western Sierra Collegiate Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Futures Knights. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wolves of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Western Sierra Collegiate Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Futures, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Coming up, Western Sierra Collegiate Academy will head out to square off against Cristo Rey at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Futures, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against John Adams Academy Rsvl/Lin at 6:00 p.m.
