Soccer Game Preview: Summer Creek vs. Grapevine

The Summer Creek Bulldogs will head out to challenge the Grapevine Mustangs at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Summer Creek's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Grapevine's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Summer Creek's tournament run continued when they took on Mansfield on Friday. Neither the Bulldogs nor the Tigers could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Grapevine was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They lost 4-0 to Seven Lakes.

Grapevine's loss dropped their record down to 4-2-1. With that draw, Summer Creek's record moves to 4-0-3.
